The official name of the business, as well as the
address of the company, should be mentioned in the Company description. In a
company description the type of business whether it is a sole proprietorship or LLC, or partnership or corporation, should also be specified, along with management
teams its profile and designation.
Te company should describe the industry in which
it operates, which will provide investors with some insight as to how the company
business fits in. The industry trends, growth prospective and outlooks as well
as projections of the future should be also be included.
The mission statement of the company should be
mentioned in which the purpose of the company in a couple of sentences should
be described so that investors who are interested in investing in the
securities of the company could get an idea as to where the business is
heading.
